We offer static IP allocation for a small extra monthly fee. Having a static IP address can help with online gaming or hosting online services at your home.
We don’t force you to use a standard modem that we own. Our connection should easily work with any modem, so you can use your existing modem and set up your connection however suits you best.
You can sign up, set up and get support completely online! We feel confident that our service is so easy to use and set up that no support is needed, however, our FAQ should answer any questions you may have.
All our plans are monthly and come with no commitments or contract terms. Freedom and flexibility to pay for what you use.
While we do our best to ensure your connection reaches the advertised speeds, please be aware that your actual speed may vary depending on the capabilities of your modem and devices, internal home wiring, distance to your local internet exchange, and other factors outside of our control. Additionally, Wi-Fi performance is always dependent on the capabilities and capacity of your devices. and the layout of your home. Use our address search option to get a summary of what services are available in your area. Select the plans that suits you best, your preferred connection date and enter your basic details e.g. your name, address, and contact info. Once we have that, we can set up your account and do our best to get you online on your preferred date. As all our services are month-to-month with no commitments, we do also require a payment method to be set up at the time of sign up.
We don’t supply a modem and don’t charge you for one at the time of signup! This gives you the freedom and flexibility to use any modem you want, set it up as you want, and ensure it meets all your online needs. All our connections use port-based authentication without VLAN tagging, this basically means that you just need to plug your modem into the relevant port / ONT and your connection should come online! No Specific setup or settings needed!
We work with your local fibre company to switch on your connection on your requested date. For existing connections, this will be done remotely with no premise access needed. If we are installing a brand-new fibre service, we will advise you of the time/date a fibre technician will be attending the premises. Once your connection is online, we will flick you an email to let you know and you can plug in your modem and get going!
We can only activate your internet with Easy during business hours. If you are transfer your internet from another company, we might be able to get you online with us within a few hours.
If you do not have fibre or DSL internet already, installing a new connection can take a few days to a few weeks. If you sign up, our team will check the timelines for you and let you know how long it will take. Or you can Contact Us to ask.
We bill once a month, one month in advance. You will need to make payment for your new service within 7 days of it being connected or you will be disconnected. Your first bill will be for one month of service in full for the plan you have ordered. You must have a debit card, credit card or a direct debit setup for automatic payments, and then we will automatically deduct the due amount so you don’t even need to worry about it!
